Our COVID-19 Guidelines | Native Campervans

COVID-19

UPDATE: COVID-19

We love the great outdoors. We celebrate and encourage adventure, fresh air, and exploration. And while all of that sounds especially nice in the face of the COVID-19 outbreak, it is not business-as-usual.

We’ve all received a mandate to practice social distancing, and our team is dedicated to playing it safe.  We have implemented new policies to protect customers and staff through attended pick-up and drop-off procedures.

We are still in operation and accepting reservations in our three locations. As always, we believe Vanlife is the ideal getaway.

ENHANCED CLEANING AND DISINFECTING

All high-touch surfaces are disinfected after each customer including light switches, door handles, fridges/coolers, storage areas, seats, floors, etc.  All kitchen-ware is sanitized in a dishwasher. All bedding is washed on a sanitize setting and the mattresses are covered by a heavy duty, water-proof mattress cover that is washed in between each use.

With the very in-depth care we take when cleaning and preparing the campervan for your trip, we are confident that the van will meet your standards.

VAN PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF

We will be changing our onboarding process to limit human contact between our personnel and our customers.  Each pick-up and drop-off will be unattended and handled over the phone/online with the help of online videos and instructions of how to operate the van.

CUSTOMER CODE OF CONDUCT

We value the small towns and gateway communities that surround our popular National Parks and other destinations which is why we have to advise responsible travel to them.  Their healthcare facilities cannot withstand an influx of consumers who could potentially infect their closely-knit communities with COVID-19. Additionally, we ask each customer to pick up necessary items such as food, water, gear, etc. in larger cities, preferably at pick up location.

COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY

Below is our cancellation policy. We understand that you may have questions in regards to your booking or a future reservation. Please feel free to reach out to us and we are happy to answer any questions you may have. Customer service is imperative to us and we are willing to go the extra mile to make sure our customers are safe and satisfied.

You can cancel your campervan rental and receive a full refund of your deposit 30 days (or more) prior to your pick up date. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your pick up date, we hold onto the $300 deposit. This deposit can be applied to a future reservation. If you cancel on the day of your pick up appointment or simply do not show up, you will be charged the full rental fee. In order to cancel your reservation (at any time), notify Native Campervans in writing. An email is fine.
