5 Easy Campervan Meals Using Just 8 Ingredients

A campervan adventure is the perfect way to discover new destinations while staying close to nature. One of the biggest perks of traveling in a campervan is the freedom to cook meals on the go, all while enjoying scenic views. Space management and minimizing food waste are key when you’re on the road. To help with that, we’ve put together five mouth-watering recipes that use overlapping ingredients. The ingredients you’ll need are: 

Recipe #1 – Sunday Morning Oats 

Oatmeal is a filling option to enjoy in the morning. There are so many ways to make oatmeal in the morning. There are two options you can choose from before your adventure. The first option is our favorite, The Sunday Morning Oats. What you will need:

Instructions:

  1. Boil water 
  2. Add hot water to bowl with oats. Add water based on the desired texture of oats.
  3. Add sliced banana, cinnamon, and maple syrup on top.

Recipe #2 – Jammin Oats 

If you prefer oats that are lighter, then the Jammin Oats are for you. What you will need:

Instructions:

  1. Boil Water
  2. Add hot water to bowl with oats. Add water based on the desired texture of oats.
  3. Add cinnamon and jam
  4. Stir all ingredients till combined

Recipe #3 – Banana Toast

This simple banana toast is a sweet treat to enjoy any time of the day. It only takes a few minutes to prepare. What you will need:

Instructions:

  1. Heat butter on the pan 
  2. Add bread and lightly toast both sides 
  3. Remove toast, add almond butter, banana, and cinnamon
  4. Pour maple syrup on top, add for desired sweetness 

Recipe #4 – Fired Banana

This is the perfect desert after a long day of exploring. This is especially great if you are unable to make a campfire to enjoy smores. What you will need:

  1. Add butter and syrup to the pan and stir until it begins to caramelize 
  2. Add banana slices and cook until golden brown on both sides
